The inside and outside wrist area will be the main region of contact throughout the exercise. Begin to trace your symbol as you normally have done while practicing solo.
When you reach the center section of the symbol, also known as the wuji point, your partner takes over the action of tracing the symbol and you follow his motion. The hand continues to trace through the center section of the symbol then over the top of the symbol and continues on the outside section of the symbol to the left until you reach the original starting point.
